Mechanical repairs, replacement of guides, bearings and assemblies, adjustment and recommissioning.
Maintenance · Machine service · Installations
A mobile team of technicians with over 20 years of hands-on experience in production. We find the root cause, not just the symptom, and get the machine running again.
Our services
From a single breakdown to rebuilding a section of pipework. Thirteen areas we work in every day across food, automotive and processing plants.
Mechanical repairs, replacement of guides, bearings and assemblies, adjustment and recommissioning.
New and rebuilt runs for water, compressed air, steam and gas — from routing design to pressure testing.
We establish the root cause, not just the symptom. Condition assessment, measurements, then a call: repair or replace.
Scheduled inspections, technical cleaning and planned replacements — before a machine stops production.
Dismantling, in-plant transport, positioning and recommissioning of machines and complete lines.
Metal and plastics machining, laser cutting, welding, sandblasting, chrome plating and anodising — from a drawing or a sample.
How a job runs
We take calls as they come, agree the scope on the first phone call and arrive on the shop floor with a plan and a full set of tools.
By phone or through the form. We agree the scope, access to the machine and the time window for entering the plant.
On-site condition assessment, measurements, the cause identified and a realistic scope of work with a quote.
Work during production or in a shutdown window. Parts and materials are sourced once the cost is approved.
Home-up, verification of operating parameters, the area left clean and recommendations for the next inspection.
Before you call us
No question is too detailed. If something is missing here, give us a call and we will answer straight.
Yes. Most work is carried out alongside production or in shutdown windows — at night, at weekends or during a planned stoppage. Safety measures and how the area is cordoned off are agreed with your health and safety department before we enter the shop floor.
We agree the time when you call — it depends on distance and team availability. Calls involving stopped production are treated as a priority. For regular clients the response time is set out in a service agreement.
Yes, it is one of our core areas. We know the requirements for product-contact materials, the choice of stainless steel, running services through wet zones and the cleaning procedures once work is finished.
Yes. We work from a technical drawing, a scan or a damaged sample. We machine aluminium, Hardox, carbon steel, stainless steel and plastics, and we handle laser cutting, welding, sandblasting, chrome plating and anodising.
For straightforward jobs the quote goes out by e-mail based on your description and photos. For larger ones we inspect on site first, then set out the scope split into labour, materials and parts. We never start work before the cost is approved.
